How long does postage take? : All our orders are sent via Royal Mail tracked 24/48 and can take 2-4 days to be delivered within the UK. Tracking will be sent to you once your item has left HH. Please allow 3-5 days for us to process your order. We’re currently experiencing higher order volumes, but we’re working hard to get your orders out ASAP. This time of year is the most busiest for online reatilers and for our couriers, please allow extra time and potential delays on your deliveries. Thank you.
Important: If you provided an incorrect shipping address and do not contact us to change it before the order is dispatched, resulting in the order being delivered to the wrong address, we cannot be held responsible for this error, and you will not be eligible for a refund. To prevent such situations, after placing an order, you will receive a confirmation email containing your address details. You are obliged to verify this information if it’s incorrect. Please inform us ASAP
Do you ship Internationally? Unfortunately due to the new GPSR regulations that have come into effect in the EU as a small business we can no longer ship to the EU & NI. We are required an EU based representative for our products to be sold within the EU & NI, this is something we currently can’t afford as a small businesses which is heartbreaking. Eau de parfumes cannot be shipped internationally, as they’re classed as dangerous goods (Eau de Parfum contains alcohol) however we can ship perfumes oils to the USA, Canada & Australia and our other products that do not contain alcohol. Regarding Customs & imports into your country
IMPORT FEES AND CUSTOMS : Every country's import taxes (and or) duty fees are different and it is your responsibility alone to be aware of your own country's custom laws as well as your responsibility to pay the additional taxes & duty fees that goes along with importing merchandise from our country. We can not know how much the additional fees are, please be aware of your countries policies. Custom laws vary from country to country, some countries will hold your order for pick up. If you decline to retrieve your package from customs within their turn around time and it is shipped back to us, it is your responsibility to purchase additional shipping. We don’t refund un claimed orders
